Urgently needed: tinned fruit, fish, meat, uht milk and squash. As demand from people in our city continues, at this time of year we find our food stocks are low. If you are able to help, donations at any of our Foodbank centres would be very gratefully received.

20% increase in people seeking help in 2018
Swansea Foodbank opened in Gorseinon 8 years ago, and since then we have given food to nearly 40,000 people in our City. Last year, 2018, we gave food to over 8,000 adults and children, and saw a rise of 20% in the number of people seeking our help. We couldn’t help anyone without the brilliant […]

Thank you for all your generous harvest donations
Thank you to all the schools, parents, churches, workplaces and individuals who gave so generously to our Harvest collection. Together you gave nearly 6,000kg of food which will be enough for over 14,000 meals for people in need in Swansea. Amazing!

Foodbank at City Church re-opens
We are delighted to announce that following the completion of essential building work, the food bank will be open every Wednesday 10am-12pm at City Church, Dyfatty Street SA1 1QQ. If you have been referred and have a voucher, the volunteers look forward to welcoming you.
