Join our team! We are looking for a part time Welfare Benefits Administrator and Case Support Worker

Hours: 17.5 hours per week

Salary: £11,466

Funded to end June 2026.

Swansea Foodbank provides emergency food to people in crisis. The purpose of the post would be to assist the Financial Inclusion Welfare Benefits advice caseworkers by providing administrative support, managing appointments and dealing with time sensitive documentation, being the first point of contact for clients as they arrive at a foodbank centre for appointments or on the telephone, managing and reporting on referrals and signposting and working with foodbank clients to help them with applications to claim their full benefit entitlement and additional discretionary grants.

Closing Date: Friday 19th September 2025

Interviews will take place during the week beginning 29th September.
