Join our team! We are looking for a part time Welfare Benefits Administrator and Case Support Worker

Hours: 17.5 hours per week

Salary: £11,466

Funded to July 2026 and aiming to secure future funding.

Swansea Foodbank provides emergency food to people in crisis. The purpose of the post would be to assist the Financial Inclusion Welfare Benefits advice caseworkers by providing administrative support, managing appointments and dealing with time sensitive documentation, being a front of house point of contact, managing and reporting on referrals and signposting and working with foodbank clients to help them claim their full benefit entitlement and additional discretionary grants.

Closing Date: 30th June 2025
Interviews will take place during the week beginning 7th July.
